    Hello! We have a serious problem with our campaign. The value of collaboration is unregulated. Where R $ 50 should be accounted, R $ 40 is accounted for, there was a mistake in another purchase and when we reimbursed we ended up withdrawing the amount of the existing purchase.

    It happened the following:  

    One person made a purchase in our system, however it happens that she chose the $ 50 option, but at the time of entering the value she typed $ 80 because she had changed the option without changing the button.  

    It happened that she made the purchase with the subject of 50 collaborating with the value of 80. Until then, she had made a purchase of 50, the sum of the two should be 50 + 80 = 130, however, the sum of this has occurred The two at $ 120, that is, 50 + 70 = 120, 10 to complete the exact number missing. That way, I realized a reversal of the value to solve the problem, but it did not solve! When I refunded, the site ended up coming back 80 and not 70 ... the result That That was instead of 50's of the first purchase, it became as a result 40 ... and now we have another purchase (two of 50 totalized 90. .. when all should 100).

    I tried to correct this by excluding the purchase of 80 and doing it manually, but I could not. I need you to fix this, because our webmaster has already hidden the option to enter values so that it does not happen again.  

    Sorry if the exposure was not clear, but I need this correction as soon as possible, as we are in the middle of a collective financing campaign.
