Hi, I can´t use the demo I want to, the only one that works it´s the #2. I had to install the theme on the file manager of CPannel, I tried for hours to upload it like I usually do on wordpress: apperance: themes: upload theme, but it appeared a text box telling me that "he uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.", but I changed the value on the php.ini before. The theme only has 2M and I changed the value to 15 even.
I need help please I tried everything.

- Please rollback to 2.9 version and import again, it should work
- Please reset all site by using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/

I can´t understand how you do a theme that is damaged. I followed all the instructions of the documentation, but it doesn´t work the one demo I want. Either you REALLY help me or I would like my refund back.

I red lot of post regarding the theme (Lex Rider) and I have the same issues.
Your theme doesn't work, you have to admit that, maybe it worked for the previous WP version, but today it doesn't work.
I don't have to spend hour to try to succeed to have the slider visible, I don't want to get sick, I don't have time to lost.
I don't have doubt you provide good theme, but not this one.
So please, how can we payback to buy another theme, I need to go ahead, I have a customer which wait for his website up.

- By default, Elementor 3.x is killed the import function so you need to rollback to 2.9.x version and re-import. It should work
