I followed the directions but the problem persists.
Analyzing the file error.log this string appears: AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace.

How can I solve?
UPDATE: I solved it by disabling the WP File Manager plugin, and now everything is ok
