    Where can i remove the "Continue reading -->" Sentence which appears when my Blog text is too long?

    I found it as String in Loco, but Translation didn't changed anygthing.

    I found something in the content-image.php etc. but it didn't changed anything too.

    Where is it?

    Please go to file wp-content\themes\eventiz\vc_templates\post\_single-v2.php and find code:

    <div class="entry-description"><?php echo eventiz_fnc_excerpt(125,'...');; ?></div>

    and remove it.

    Thank you for your answer.

    I found that code line in the document which you described. But – if i delete that line, the whole div "entry-description" including my text intro and the "continue reading-->" part disappears. (See screenshots). What i want is to keep the Intro text with the three dots at the end, and remove ONLY the "Continue reading /Arrow/Bolg Title"-Part. Both of this element seem to be part of the same <div>.

    I checked the ftp access and it works fine. Please try again.

    Oh sorry.

    About your issue, to fix it, please add excerpt for single post.

    Go to edit post -> Enable check show Excerpt field and Add content for field.

    I have two more questions:

    1. Search Function: If I use the search function it only shows blog articles. Why? Is it possible to get search results from the whole page content (as you can see in the screenshot)?

    2. I want to translate the Blog Navigation unter the Post Content to German: the words "Previous Post" & "Next Post".  I neither found it in Loco Translate nor changements in function-post.php changed anything. Where do i have to look?

    I just noticed that i have the same problem with the Navigation on Event Session Pages. I can't find out where i can translate "Prev"/ "Next " to "Vorherige"/ "Nächste" (See attached Screenshot)

    The german appears now on the event sessions pages, thanks.

    Since last Friday when I make a change on a speaker page and save it, the name type is back to "KEYNOTE" instead of "KÜNSTLER" as it was before. I made several tests, new speaker, duplicate old speaker page, it's the same. The term is translated, the site language is german.

    See attachedPDF with screenshots.
    The access from last week are still valid.

    Thanks for fixing or telling me where the changes are to be made.

    Great. Now on the frontage, in the speaker carrousel the connection is there not made yet. "Keynote" is still appearing instead of "Künstler".

    Mmh, I did try to follow the changes in the php files between old and new but I don't recall having done that, and if I did this wasn't on purpose. Thanks for re-fixing it.

    One last question: Is this version of the theme we have now with the changes you did ok for updating?
     I got a note for an update from Themeforest on 11th Mai (1.2 version). This concerns mostly Woocommerce files . . .

    Yes, if you site don't use Woocommerce plugin, you don't need to update theme.

    Or if you want to update latest version theme, please view guide at https://wpopal.ticksy.com/article/10510

    Don't forget backup your theme and compare with new version theme when you update.
