I purchased and installed the Etro website theme today. I was able to install and activate all but two plugins. The Revolution Slider and the Rich Reviews had error messages and will not installs. Below are the messages.
Revolutions - Download failed. Not Found
Rich Reviews - Something went wrong with the plugin API.
Can you give me your site account? I'll download and install it for you.
Also, I attached 2 plugin files.

Hi. The problems seems to bigger than just the pluggins. The theme pluggin was giving me an error message that the site was having technical difficulties. GoDaddy ran a diagnosis on it and said that the theme is working on 5.14 PHP or lower, having trouble with beaver builder and jetpack (common builder) . Ultimately, I can't get it to work. Any suggestions?
About your issues, pls send FTP and Admin web account for me, I will check and help you.

You should use PHP 5.6 -> 7.1. Our theme is not use beaver builder and jetpack, you can delete them from FTP.
