    I just verified with the hosting company that I get an error 500 due to the QOS core plugin, can you please help me out to fix this?

    - Screenshots of issues
    - FTP info (server, username, password, port)
    - Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

    I've talked to the hosting company about that, there is clearly something wrong with your plugin that suddenly needs more way more memory than it has a few moments before, keep pushing more memory will not fix your messed up plugin. That's just a bandaid on a more complex issue. 

    I'd very much like to get my money back so I can invest in another theme that does what I need.
