The Instagram Elementor component that comes with Fashion theme does not work consistently due to the Instagram pages that are fetched by the scraper not always providing the same JSON object that is needed by this component.
Here is one of the places where scraping happens: wp-content/plugins/fashion-core/inc/vendors/elementor/widgets/instagram.php:434
As a fix I'd suggest this feature actually uses the official Facebook APIs, instead of scraping.
We are located in GMT +7 time zone and we answer all questions within 12-48 hours in weekdays. In some rare cases the waiting time can be to 48 hours. Support tickets sent during weekends or public holidays will be processed next Monday or the next business day.

Please install Instagram Feed Plugin then add config plugin show image instagram.
