please issue a full refund.
Your theme has too many errors that cannot be rresolved.
I also showed you the errors and you chose not to recognise them even after I sent multiple screenshots.
Furthermore the post you said you replied to does no longer exist (see attachment.
Please give a refund so I can continue my project with another theme.

But it doesn't matter because the replies you left failed to admit your theme has many issues.
If you can install the theme with no issues then I have no issues keeping it.
