I'm sure the problem is The Green, because I uninstalled all the plugins and customize worked fine, when I reinstalled "the green" customize plugin as the first one, it didn't work anymore.
Please check again version PHP. Server Recommendations: PHP version 7.2 or 7.4 Then check again issues.
